Water Tariff Fixation Commission Act, 2063 (2006).

This Act provides for the establishment of the Water Tariff Fixation Commission to protect the interests of consumers by fixing the tariffs of water supply and sanitation services and by providing qualitative and reliable services.
The Act further defines the Commission’s composition, prescribes the criteria for the fixation of tariffs, makes provision related to the Commission’s fund and audit, etc.
