Animals (Forms) Regulations 1982.

This regulations outlines the necessary procedures for obtaining animal-related licenses in Nauru. The regulations specify that applications for licenses under Section 4 of the Animals Act 1982 must be submitted using the prescribed forms in the First Schedule, and the licenses granted will follow the format in the Second Schedule. Health certificates required under Section 5(2) must be issued in accordance with the Third Schedule. While strict adherence to these forms is not mandatory, substantial compliance is required. The Cabinet retains the authority to amend or modify these regulations as necessary.
