Niue Fish Protection Amendment Act 1992 (No. 160 of 1992).

Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended, by adding to paragraph (d) of subsection (1), the following proviso - " Provided that the Cabinet may permit the use of underwater breathing apparatus, subject to such terms conditions and restrictions as Cabinet may impose, for the purpose of conducting scientific research for the purposes of gathering data to assist in conservation and management of Niue's fishery resource". The Act consists of 2 sections.
