Abstract
These Regulations provide for the exemption of certain agricultural compounds from the registration requirements of sections 21 and 27 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997. Schedules 1 to 5 list agricultural compounds, oral nutritional compounds, fertilizer and fertilizer additives which are exempt from registration. Schedules 6 and 7 give a list of plants that are not to be included in oral and topical preparations, and substances that are generally recognized as safe feed additives in oral nutritional compound.
