Abstract
These Regulations reorganize and reform the conditions to which agricultural compounds exempt from registration under the Act are subject; specify certain new exemptions from registration (see Schedule 2); and specify substances that are prohibited from use as agricultural compounds or as ingredients in agricultural compounds (see Schedule 1).
The Regulations contain 3 Schedules: substances prohibited form use as agricultural compounds or as ingredients in agricultural compounds; agricultural compounds exempt from registration under sections 21 and 27 of the Act; and plants not to be included in oral and topical preparations.
