Abstract
These Regulations impose a regulated control scheme in respect of dairy products destined for export to dairy quota markets in order to control and manage the processing of dairy material and products and to meet any applicable designated market access requirements.
The Regulations further provide for: activities and persons to whom the regulated control scheme applies; quota compliance programmes and application and requirements for their approval; offences; etc.
