Abstract
These Regulations amend the Biosecurity (Animal Identification Systems) Regulations 1999.
New definitions have been added to regulation 2. After regulation 4 new regulations 4A to 4F imposing a charge on identification devices have been inserted. The system administrator of this system shall be the Animal Health Board (Incorporated) which shall use the funds to meet the costs of the board.
