Abstract
These Regulations provide for the use of identification systems for cattle and deer required for the purposes of the National Bovine Tuberculosis Pest Management Strategy. The Regulations further set out the circumstances in which the approval of an identification system can be suspended or revoked and the process for suspension and revocation.
