Abstract
Section 2 of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing the definition of the term "Authority'' (being the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority). Section 2 additionally amended by adding to the definition of the term "Regional Water Board'' the words "; and includes its employees and agents''.
