Abstract
The Act provides for inspection of dairy produce and regulations certain aspects of its sale and exportation. Sections 5 to 13 provide for powers of inspectors with respect to inspection and sanitation, and place restrictions on disposal of butter and cheese. Section 11 specifies duties of owner of diseased stock. Sections 14 to 20 concern the sale and exportation of dairy produce, use of certain ingredients in such products, and provide for the right of the purchaser to take samples. Sections 21 to 25 provide for testing of milk and cream for manufacture. Sections 26 and 27 concern exclusively export of dairy products.
