These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Auckland and Kermadec Areas Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986 by updating the coordinates in regulation 6C(l)(iii), which prohibits setting nets within 4 nautical miles of the coast from Maunganui Bluff to Tirua Point.
