Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Auckland and Kermadec Areas Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986.
Amendments include: substitution of regulation 4C(2)with a new regulation specifying the correct area where commercial fishing for cockle is allowed within the Whangarei Harbour; revocation of regulation 14; substitution of regulation 21 with a new regulation giving coordinates defining the area in the vicinity of the North Cape light where the taking of rock lobster is prohibited.
