Abstract
These Regulations make minor technical amendments to the Fisheries (Challenger Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986.
The amendments include: minor changes to the definition of “Challenger (East) Area”; minor changes to regulations 4AB(1) and 4AC(1) and (2); substitution of paragraphs of regulation 4AD updating the coordinates describing certain areas in which set net fishing is prohibited; and minor changes to regulation 5(1).
