Abstract
These Regulations shall apply to persons taking or possessing any fish, other than commercial fishers possessing fish under a permit, within the Challenger fishery management area.
These Regulations make provision for the following: maximum daily quotas and minimum sizes for fish; minimum net mesh sizes; areas in which it shall be prohibited to set nets; the taking of Pacific and Dredge oysters; areas in which it shall be prohibited to fish; and for offences and penalties.
