Abstract
These Regulations make minor technical amendments to the Fisheries (Challenger Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986.
The amendments include: minor changes to regulations 2BC(1) and 2BD(1) updating the coordinates describing certain areas in which set net fishing is prohibited; and minor changes to regulations 2C, 2E, 3(1), 4(1), 7(1), 12(1) and 14(2) introducing areas in which fishing restrictions shall apply; and minor changes to regulation 15(2) that are consequential upon the introduction of the new measures.
