Abstract
These Regulations shall apply to commercial fishers taking or possessing any fish under a permit within the Central fishery management area.
These Regulations make provision for the following: minimum net mesh sizes; restrictions on the use of drag nets and trawl nets; areas in which it shall be prohibited to set nets; areas in which it shall be prohibited to fish; conditions for taking oysters and scallops; seasonal restrictions and quotas; and for offences and penalties.
