These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Challenger Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986 by revoking regulation 11 that provides restrictions for fishing in the Tasman Bay and Golden Bay, and consequentially amending regulation 5(1) by omitting the word “11,”.
