These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Southland and Sub-Antarctic Areas Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986.
Regulation 15JA(2) is amended by substituting paragraph (c) with a new paragraph indicating seamount areas where trawling is prohibited. Regulation 15JA(2)(d) has been revoked.
