Abstract
This Order declares blackcurrants to be a prescribed product for the purposes of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987.
Blackcurrants are to be subject to export licensing and the Blackcurrants New Zealand Incorporated is declared to be the relevant recognized product group in relation to blackcurrants.
