Abstract
This Order declares boysenberries to be a prescribed product for the purposes of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987.
Boysenberries are to be subject to export licensing and the Berryfruit Export (NZ) Limited is declared to be the relevant recognized product group.
