Abstract
This Order declares persimmons to be a prescribed product for the purposes of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987.
Persimmons are to be subject to export licensing and the Persimmon Industry Council Incorporated is declared to be the relevant recognized product group in relation to persimmons.
