Abstract
The amendment concerns public meetings of the Maori Fisheries Commission. These meetings may be held now anywhere and not only in Auckland or Wellington.
The Maori Fisheries Act is amended by in relation with allocation of a quota for Southern Scallop Fishery as received by the Commission pursuant to 28Zk of the Fisheries Act 1983.
