New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Amendment Act, 2003.

Sections 37 and 39 of the principal Act are amended by adding new subsections dealing with conditions of licences. A new section 41A on reconsideration of refusal or revocation of exemption, etc. has been inserted. Minor amendments have been made to sections 2, 22(1)(a)(ii), 26(2), 27(4) and (5), 36, 40(2) and 43.
