Abstract
This Order declares chestnuts to be a prescribed product for the purposes of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987.
Chestnuts are to be subject to export licensing and the New Zealand Chestnut Council Incorporated is declared to be the relevant recognized product group.
