Abstract
This Order declares kiwifruit exported to Australia for consumption in Australia to be a prescribed product for the purposes of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987.
Kiwifruit exported to Australia for consumption in Australia shall be subject to export licensing and the New Zealand Kiwifruit Product Group to Australia Incorporated is declared to be the relevant recognized product group.
