Abstract
This Order declares nashi (also known as Asian pears) to be a prescribed product for the purposes of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987.
Nashi pears are to be subject to export licensing and the NZ Nashi Asian Pear Product Group Limited is declared to be the relevant recognized product group.
