Abstract
These Regulations amend the Plant Variety Rights Regulations 1988 by substituting subclause (1) of regulation 5 with a new subclause which modifies the quantities of seed required to be supplied with applications for grants of plant variety rights in respect of plants of certain varieties.
The Regulations further revoke the First Schedule and substitute it with a new Schedule.
