Abstract
These Regulations prescribe matters regarding the form and manner of applications for plant variety rights and for the quantity of seeds required to accompany an application.
The Regulation further contains provisions on duties and responsibilities of the Commissioner and provisions of miscellaneous nature.
Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on the date of entry into force of the Plant Variety Rights Act, 1987.
Notes
These Regulations repeal the Plant Varieties Regulations 1975, the Plant Varieties Regulations Amendment No. 1 of 1975, the Plant Varieties Regulations Amendment No. 2 of 1980 and the Plant Varieties Regulations Amendment No. 3 of 1986.
