Waste Minimisation (Calculation and Payment of Waste Disposal Levy) Regulations, 2009.

These Regulations impose a levy on waste disposed of at a disposal facility to be paid by the operator of the facility.
The Regulations provide for: rates of levy; the provision of monthly or annual returns to levy collectors; measurement of the tonnage of waste that enters disposal facilities; the keeping of records and information on disposal facilities; etc.
