Abstract
This Ministerial Decision amends the Implementing Regulation of the Law on Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources.
The Ministerial Decision is issued by the Ministry of Fisheries Resources and is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 replaces paragraph 4 of article 9B of the Implementing Regulations with the following text: “20 Omani Riyals annually for registration of each non-Omani sailor, technician or worker for his licence to work on a fishing vessel or boat”.
