Ministerial Decision No. 18/2012 amending some provisions of the Implementing Regulation of the Law on pasture and livestock management.

The amendment of the Implementing Regulation of the Law on pasture and livestock management regards the commitment of the establishment or the company to the specified import date. In case of failure to import for three times in a row within six months, it is deleted from the list of importers and it shall not have the possibility to import for one year. The amendment also withdraws the requirement of providing proof of opening of a bank credit to obtain an import permit.
