Ministerial Decision No. 40 of 2002 amending the Implementing Regulations of the Law of Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources.

This Ministerial Decision amends the Implementing Regulation of the Law on Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources by replacing paragraph 1 of article 14 with the following text: “The fishing of Sharkha (Spiny lobster) through the breeding season and natural growing season is absolutely forbidden. This season starts on 16 December of every year until 14 October of the following year.”
