Ministerial Decision No. 55 of 2006 amending Ministerial Decision 113/2000 regulating the management of the Turtles Nature Reserve.

This Ministerial Decision amends Ministerial Decision No. 113 of 2000 regulating the management of the Turtles Nature Reserve by replacing articles 2 and 3. Entrance to the Reserve or the campsite is not permitted without written permission issued by the Ministry. Entrance to nesting grounds must be accompanied by registered guides. Restrictions on camping and on vehicles are also provided for in the Decision. Fees are specified with extra charges for diving and overnight stay. Police, armed forces, and employees of government and academic institutions are exempt from paying fees.
