Abstract
This Decree prohibits the use of nets walling in the artisanal fishing sector before the sunrise and after midday. The use of nets walling is as well forbidden near the areas of growth of mangroves, coral reefs and bays. The Decree gives also specifications regarding the good use of nets walling. Nets walling which are not conform to the norms will be seized.
