Abstract
This Decree sets out procedures for the registration and the licensing of wells and springs. It regulates the registration of the contractors and their duties and provides for penalties and sanctions. The Decree concludes with 2 Annexes: Reasons for the rejection of well permits applications; and Guidelines for well permits policy.
