Ministerial Decree No. 35/2004 issuing the Implementing Regulations of the Plant Breeding Protection Law.

The Regulations designate the agencies and the governmental bodies responsible for the examination of the elements of proliferation and production of plants. They also give details concerning the licensing process and licensing fees. The application procedures and registration of rights are as well specified in this text. The Regulations guarantee Plant breeders’ rights.
The Regulations include 2 Annexes: an Annex listing the different species for the reproduction of plants; and an Annex concerning registration fees and different samples such as the sample of the registration form.
