This Decree amends article 14 of the Implementing Regulations of the Law on Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources. The Decree changes the fishing ban period of the Spiny Lobster (Panulirus Homarus) from the first day of May until the last day of February of the following year.
