Ministerial Resolution 160/2023 amending some Provisions of the Executive Regulation of the Pesticides Law.

This Resolution, comprising four articles, revises the Executive Regulation of the Pesticides Law by replacing the existing lists with new lists labeled A and B. Article 2 mandates that institutions and companies possessing pesticides listed in category A must dispose of them within six months, following the regulations of the Pesticides Law, ensuring they are not used within Oman. List A contains the Prohibited Pesticides in the Sultanate of Oman, while list B concerns the Restricted Pesticides in the Sultanate of Oman.
