Ministerial Resolution No. 137/2024 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Agricultural Quarantine Law.

This Resolution, composed of 2 articles, amends the original by adding Article 9 bis, which grants the competent authority the power to verify and assess agricultural practices, plant health management systems, and risk analysis at farms, nurseries, or production sites in the exporting or origin country before issuing an import license. All expenses related to this verification will be borne by the importer, exporter, or both.
