Ministerial Resolution No. 2024/253 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Pastures and Livestock Management Law.

This Resolution consisting of 2 articles amends the original text by adding the new Article 37 regarding administrative penalties that the Ministry can impose in case of violation of the provisions of the Regulations, namely (i) a warning, obligating the violator to remove the causes of the violation within the period specified by the competent unit; (ii) an administrative fine, that shall be doubled in the event of a repeat violation. A similar violation within two years from the date of imposing the first fine shall be considered a repeat violation; (iii) suspension of the license until the causes of the violation are removed; (iv) cancellation of the license.
