Ministerial Resolution No. 249/2025 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources Law.

This Resolution, consisting of three articles, amends the original text as follows: (i) Article 4 by introducing a new clause that establishes additional requirements and the application procedure for obtaining a small-scale (artisanal) fishing vessel licence; (ii) granting existing holders of small-scale (artisanal) fishing vessel licences a 60-day grace period from the effective date of the amendments to comply with the new requirements.
