Ministerial Resolution No. 82/2022 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Law on Pastures and Livestock Management.

This Resolution consisting of 2 articles amends the Executive Regulation of 2005 by adding article 3bis concerning the conditions for trading in dry grass (rhodes grass), such as (i) length, width, height, and weight; (ii) placement of an identification card that includes (name of the producing farm, type of product, production date). Article 3 of the Regulation deals with the marketing of livestock and their products and animal feed in the local markets.
