Resolution 65/2023 amending some provisions of the Regulations governing the Export of Waste.

This Resolution, composed of 4 articles, amends the original text by (i) increasing the amount of the administrative fines imposed by the Authority in cases of violations; (ii) modifying the fees applicable to certain items listed in the Appendix; (iii) introducing Article 6 bis, which provides that the exporter shall bear, at its own expense, all consequences and costs associated with the return of hazardous waste to the exporting country where illegal trafficking of such waste is established.
