Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 2 articles amends the original text by replacing Article 2 with the following text: The relevant authorities may propose amendments to the provisions of the Regulations and submit them to the Council of Ministers for approval. If the Council approves them, the Chairman of the Council shall take the necessary amendment procedures.
