Abstract
This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 devolves the responsibilities, jurisdictions, specializations, and records associated with dams and aflaj (irrigation channels) from the Ministry of Water Resources. The above are to be transported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources, along with all staff who work in these areas.
