Abstract
This Decree amends the Expropriation Act for Public Interest issued by Royal Decree No. 64/78. These amendments, stated in an annexed paper, relate to articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12.
The amendments concern mainly the competent authorities of reference. The Ministry of Land Affairs and Municipalities is replaced by the Diwan of Royal Court for its duties in the Capital Region and by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities for its duties outside the Capital Region.
