Cocoa Regulation 1982.

Regulations to implement provisions of the Cocoa Act 1981 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: supply of information to Board by person engaged in the cocoa industry regarding cocoa production and trade in cocoa beans, carriage of beans in restricted areas, inspection and sampling of cocoa beans or cocoa products intended for export by a Cocoa Inspector, definition of standards for beans intended for exportation, marking, sealing, etc. of containers, quality of containers, the form of a certificate of inspection, calculation of management levy, payment of management levy and stabilization levy, etc.
