International Trade (Fauna and Flora) (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 4 of 2014).

This Act amends the International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Act 1979 in relation with the enactment of the Conservation and Environment Protection Authority Act 2014 and in respect of implementation of CITES and the appointment of inspectors by the Management Authority. For the purposes of the implementation of the Convention, the Management Authority is the Managing Director of the Conservation and Environment Protection Authority (section 3A).
