National Cultural Property (Preservation)(Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 59 of 2015).

This Act makes amendment in the principal Act by inserting new Section 1A after Section 1. This amendment is relating to the scope of the principal Act. According to this new Section, the principal Act applies to national cultural property found anywhere in Papua New Guinea, including on or under the seabed to the outer limit of the exclusive economic zone.
