Abstract
This Act amends the definition of “off-shore operations” in Section 2 of the Principal Act, as operations in the waters of Papua New Guinea, other than in internal waters on the continental shelf and on extended continental shelf. Furthermore, this Act repeals the definition of “territorial sea”.
